Social media influence has become a huge phenomenon in this day and age, and we aim to use it as leverage to change one life at a time. The Foundation aims to take young adults to school as education is such an important mile stone for a successful future. Not only will it take people to schools but it will feed many families as relative poverty has grown in South Africa. Relative poverty is cause by unemployment, education and poor health etc. and tackling the causes one by one will eventually make a huge significant change in people’s lives.
The foundation will focus on taking the youth to school, feeding unprivileged children, and doing feeding tours and social events that will build young people’s lives mentally.
Margaret J Wheatley once said “There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.” That’s why Weshuu Foundation will be needing the help of the digital community to to make significant change.
